Legislation:

Co-Chairman of a Statutory Revisions Subcommittee, successfully assisted with the revision and presentation of the Uniform Probate Code II to the Colorado Legislature in 1995.  In 1999 and 2000, worked on, and assisted in the presentation to the Colorado Legislature, of the Uniform Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Act that became effective January 1, 2001. In the spring of 2001, assisted in the successful presentation to the Colorado Legislature of House Bill 1377 containing the latest changes to the Colorado Probate Code.  Currently preparing to present the Colorado Bar Association's Estate and Trust Section's latest legislative changes to the Colorado Legislature in the current 2003 session in three or four regular bills, and working on a separate bill to be sponsored by the Uniform Law Commissioners in the Legislature.
