This program introduced the newly enacted The Uniform Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Act to Colorado practitioners.

Post-mortem Tax, Negotiation Considerations and Planning Techniques in Obtaining and Protecting an Enlarged Marital Deduction Resulting from Litigation or Private Settlements in Will Contests, 1999 National CLE Conference program, Colorado Bar Association CLE & Law Education Institute, Inc., January 1999, Vail, Colorado. This was the national CLE program and conference covering topics in all area of the law and attracted a national audience.
  3. Addressing Incapacity in a Family Law Context, Lawyer's Public Information Foundation, Family Law Program, October 1999, Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. This program is an annual bench-bar retreat addressing major topics of concern to matrimonial attorneys and judges.

Highlights of the Uniform Probate Code, Article II, General Provisions And Intestate Succession sections, edited by Bob Steenrod, The Colorado Lawyer, October, 1994, volume 23, No. 10.This article introduced the first major revision to Colorado's version of the Uniform Probate Code to Colorado practitioners.
