Brian Marsiglia was born in Evanston, Illinois and grew up in the Chicagoland area. Brian graduated from Valparaiso University and earned a B.A. in History. Brian received his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, Brian volunteered for U.S. Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart and worked as a law clerk at two firms, gaining experience in several areas, including nuptial agreements and a variety of trust and estate matters. Prior to joining SSM, Brian served as a Law Fellow for the Honorable C. Jean Stewart at the Denver Probate Court. Brian's primary emphasis has been on estate planning and trust and estate administration, including related tax matters.
