Tammy Conover
Tammy grew up in the Denver area and
attended Metropolitan State College of Denver,
graduating with a double major in Criminal Justice and
Psychology. After working in the criminal justice
system, she attended the University of Denver College of
Law, graduating in 2002. Since graduating she has
limited her practice to probate litigation, including
contested guardianship/conservatorship proceedings and
breach of fiduciary duty actions, estate and trust
administration, special needs planning and
administration, and Medicaid qualification and planning.
Tammy is active in local and national associations, and
is a frequent presenter in the areas of Medicaid, estate
planning, guardianship and conservatorship, and other
elder law topics for numerous professional and community
organizations both on a local and national level.
