Mackenzie was born in Boulder, Colorado and joined Schwartz, McMinimee & Andrew, LLC in November 2023. She graduated as a Phi Beta Kappa member, an INVST alumna, a member of the National Society for Leadership & Success, and with distinction from the University of Colorado, Boulder, with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, minors in leadership studies and communication, and a certificate in public health. She became interested in the law when she realized many of her interests intersected at the legal field. She received her paralegal certificate from the Metropolitan State University of Denver and is excited to pursue her career as a paralegal.

Zaynah Salah was born and raised in Colorado. She studied Spanish at the Instituto Mediterráneo Sol in Granada, Spain. Zaynah graduated from the Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2021 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology, and a minor in Spanish. In addition to English and Spanish, Zaynah speaks Romanian and is currently learning Arabic. Zaynah joined Schwartz, McMinimee & Andrew in December 2022.

Ty McMinimee grew up in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. He graduated from Augsburg College (MN) in 2017 with a degree in Finance and a minor in Accounting. While at Augsburg, Ty was also a member of the men’s basketball team and a captain his senior year. Prior to becoming the Asset Manager, he worked in private wealth management for 5 years holding multiple different roles from Head Trader to Advisor. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking with his 2 German Shepards, playing basketball, or going to Nuggets and Avs games.

Mason Walsh joined Schwartz, McMinimee, & Andrew in November of 2022. Mason has worked in the legal industry since 2013. He attended Liberty University and completed his paralegal certification in 2017. Currently, he is continuing his education at Front Range Community College. He plans to finish his BA in Psychology and later pursue his Masters with a focus on religious and childhood trauma.  Outside of work, Mason enjoys going to concerts, reading, and watching and playing hockey.
